I was read feedback and decided to try, before I use balms that cost in 2-2,5 more expensive for same size, but that product it’s not worth at all. Also I like that material that put in box, it’s make skin so soft and like after pilling (I don’t use it’s each day, that my skin not stead be sensitive too much). Really recommend to try that balm

Wanted to love it, but can’t get on with it.
I’m looking for a replacement of the bodyshop camomile cleansing balm, but this isn’t it. I just can’t get it to melt on my skin and therefore it’s not really doing anything. I certainly can’t remove mascara using it. Smell is a bit bland, but I could get over that if the product worked. Really disappointed, and such a waste.

It’s good for the price
I switched to this, as one month I just couldn’t afford my usual Elemis cleanser and I saw this had very good reviews. It’s good, in that it removes make up, but you really have to work on it. The product itself needs a lot of digging out the container and it eventually emulsifies, if you work with it long enough. I use a face cloth with it, the same cloth as I use with my other balm and I rinse off thoroughly, but it still leaves a slight trace on the skin, which I then have to remove with a toner. I like it and for the price, it’s very good, but I don’t love it and I wouldn’t buy it again.

Definitely wouldn't day it's the best cleansing balm I've ever used. You really really have to work this into the skin otherwise it's leave a waxy residue and definitely not the best at removing eye makeup, especially waterproof but it'll do for now.
