It’s ok
I found this ok, it’s supposed to get under the gum line and it does. You can keep your mouth closed with it, then switch off and spit when you need to...or you can keep your mouth over the sink with your mouth slightly open to let the water out. This happens with all water picks since it’s a continuous stream of high powered water flowing from it. Once you get used to them, it’s easy and you won’t soak yourself. My Phillips Sonicare airfloso stopped working and it’s different to this. It just blasts a high powered single jet of water when you click the button. I recommend that if you can’t manage to keep your mouth closed or let the water run out of your mouth, that you invest in a sonicare....it is, however, 4 times the price of this. This does the job it is supposed to do, has three different settings, I recommend the lowest until you and your gums are used to it. I need this as I have recently stopped smoking and would like to thoroughly clean under my gums, it’s working far better than flossing.

This product is incredibly hard to use and be warned you get absolutely drenched whilst using it, as well as your bathroom walls! The end result is also pretty poor. Very disappointed with this purchase.
