I agree with disappointed.
It’s very well built foot spa, with good quality components. The water was kept warm. I am however disappointed with the massage feature, I figured the massagers would spin or move in and out to recreate kneeding fingers. However they don’t move and you have to move your feet back and forth- which for me kind of defeated the object of “relaxation.” I used with some magnesium salt flakes, which made my feet nice and soft afterwards. I followed up with a cooling leg & foot balm. So overall it was a good experience in the end.

Disappointed
Not very happy. The product is ok to soak your feet , but massage , there is none. Water keeps warm but for me not warm enough. Size it’s perfect and nice quality product but I bought it as my feet are really tired and needed massage.

I purchased this 3 month, it will suddenly stop working, unplug it again and restart it and it will become fine. But after a while it repeats the problem again. I have tried changing a few sockets but the problem persists. It could be that there is a bad contact somewhere inside the machine, sometimes good and sometimes not work. I think this is a serious quality issue with the product
