I’m using this in conjunction with Stop n’ Grow, so it’s difficult to know how much this is helping with my nail strength on its on own. My nails are definitely stronger and feel less fragile since using both products, what I had noticed since using Hard as Nails is how much my cuticles have improved, I used to get lots of small splits around my nail beds but those have completely stopped. I’d really recommend this if you’ve got fragile nails and skin around your nails as it’s done wonders, plus a little goes a long way!
