Luxury Spa experience
I was hesitant at first with this as the word oil just makes me think it will be hard to wash off and leave me feeling greasy. However I was pleasantly surprised the luxury feel and smell of this product was insane. It was so easy to wash off and the smell was not overpowering at all (which I was afraid of as some ouds are). I would definitely recommend this for a luxury spa like experience at home.

Luxury feel at a reasonable price
This is the first time I have used a shower oil and was plesantly suprised. It has a gentle lather, a rich feel and a subtle scent. You only need a small amount to leave your skin feeling soft and moisturised. I love the product it has definitely had a positive effect on my dry skin so I haven't had to use a daily moisturiser.

Lovely shower oil with a winter scent
I have tried the other Sanctuary bath oil, but this one is denser, more substantial and it leaves the skin more hydrated. Because of it's texture I found it to be very good for shaving as well and you are left with comfortable skin, not dry, not itchy. I find that I get the same almost warm to the touch feeling when I applied it, similar to the other Sanctuary bath oil. For my taste, the scent is a winter one, very warm and cosy, woodsy and luxurious. Absolutely a fan of shower oil as opposed to shower gel.

A little bit of Luxury
I regular use shower oils and this did not disappoint. Lathers well and feels really lovely on your skin. I have quite dry skin and some shower gels make it feel even drier but this was different. Skin was left feeling soft, hydrated and smooth. This would have been 5 stars if the scent was a little more oud and a little less sweet.

Moisturising shower oil
I wouldn’t usually choose a shower oil but really enjoyed using this. It made my skin feel very soft and has a subtle scent.

OK but not great
I had high expectations for this shower oil however I was disappointed. It has a strange chemical smell that I found off putting. It has a rich, smooth texture and is pleasant to apply to the skin. However, while Sanctuary claims it will leave skin moisturised for 3 days I’m unable to corroborate that assertion - my skin did feel soft but I still had to apply my regular body moisturiser. If you’re in a hurry with no time to apply moisturiser then it’s a useful product as it does leave skin feeling soft and clean.

Exotic shower oil
I love this shower oil. It has a rich consistency and an exotic smell which leaves the skin feeling pampered. I like the gender neutral smell so even my partner can use it. I didn’t feel like I needed a moisturiser after my shower but like to use one so I would look forward to a moisturiser and maybe a spritz to compliment the shower oil.
