returned after it caused hair damage

This made my thick, wavy hair feel like STRAW. I bought this as I really wanted an air straightener, and I waited for shark to release one. I also waited to buy it until I’d seen enough positive reviews, as it’s a lot of money to spend. However, none of the reviews mentioned that the air straightener comes with hot plates that are impossible to turn off. The company claims that this product causes zero heat damage but I can’t find any study done that actually backs up this claim, other than shark saying that it measures heat 1000 times per second. There’s no information about what the machine does with these measurements. The hot plates, even on the coolest setting, got as hot as my regular dry hair straightener. On top of that, the actual air that comes out of the attachment comes through 3 tiny vents on the top paddle, meaning most of the drying must come from the hot plates. The other attachments weren’t anything special, the round brush also has hot plates but it’s easier to avoid them using that attachment. The only positive I could find was that the machine has great air flow and really cut down my drying time when using the regular dryer attachment. Finally, the machine is also bulky and heavy, and just not fun to use. I have returned it and am working on reversing the damage it caused.

FINALLY 1 TOOL FOR EVERYTHING

I have about 10 different tools to achieve all the hairstyles I like to create on a weekly basis. Fnally, I have a tool that does everything. I can style my hair from wet to dry within 30 minutes looking like I've just come out of the salon. I love the fact that this tool doesn't damage my hair as well. I would recommend this tool for anyone who isn't great at styling their hair and doesn't want to put a lot of time or energy into styling.
