Had my eye on this for quite some time! I have thick hair but the dryer dries my hair 10x quicker than a normal hair dryer so doesn't feel like a chore. Havent tried all the attachments yet but can't wait to use them! The dryer itself is worth the money!

I’ve had this for about a week now and love it. Other reviews have talked about it being heavy but I haven’t found that at all. Of course with a brush effectively attached to the hairdryer rather than holding it in your other hand it feels a little heavier, but with the cool tip end you can use both hands anyway. Lots of compliments on hair this week. Haven’t got to grips with the curling yet as it needs to be from wet/damp rather than on dry hair like normal tongs but I’m working on it. Live the oval brush for a super easy bouncy blow dry look. Overall really pleased I made the investment!

Practice makes perfect
I purchased the Shark Flex a few days ago and have so far used it twice. It is easy to navigate. I myself have straight Caucasian hair however, purchased this coily one as it was a lot cheaper and I only want the curling attachments, and blowdry brush occasionally anyway. I can’t comment on the diffuser however as an ex hairdresser it looks like it’ll be good due to the amount of surface space. I’ve dried and curled my hair twice and thus far it’s been relatively easy to use. With a bit more practice I’m sure the end result will go from looking good to perfect. I did it once without mousse and hairspray in my hair to see what the hold was like and the first curls did dropped by the time I’d fished the other side of my head. The second time I added some mousse and extra hairspray and the curls held enough for what I needed. If you’re after a full curly look for a whole day or evening I would suggest sticking with traditional curling tongs. If you’re happy for the curls to drop and leave you with a bouncy blowdry this is your product.
