Very Poor
I have low porosity fine 4c hair and am currently looking for the right hair regime. I thought I’d try the shampoo and conditioner as it’s advertised as being for fine hair. THIS IS NOT THE ONE!!! Whilst the shampoo lathered well and did cleanse my scalp, it also appeared to strip my hair of the much needed moisture I’m trying to hold on to. The conditioner did not penetrate my strands, despite the fact that I sat under a hooded dryer. I don’t think this has been formulated for African/Caribbean hair and will have to take an L on this one and continue my search.

Hair Fell Out
I have fine frizzy hair and I bought this because of it. The smell is really sweet, smells like a milkshake actually. My first use in the shower - I freaked out because a lot of my hair fell out, not drastically, but more than I'm used to. I felt hair washing down my body and it was super annoying and uncomfortable. After I washed it off super carefully, the hair kinda stopped falling. When wet, it felt dry and stripped actually! I used the conditioner after it and let it dry without brushing it wet and not touching it at all, and my hair looked more "organized" like I combed it, but it dried up and felt strawy and dry. It was super light and frizzy and I had hay instead of nice smooth hair. I was so disappointed. A few days later I used a different shampoo just to check if I had some issue, and my old shampoo didn't do that. A few days later, I again tried this. And again, hair fell out, though not much as the first time. I still don't like it and don't think that it's worth it at all. Gonna keep looking for a different shampoo. :\

Lovely smelling shampoo
First time using sulphate free shampoo and I’m impressed. Doesn’t really help with the frizz but I love the scent so much. It smells like marshmallows, would recommend just because of the scent.
