Frizz eased
Dry and frizz has been a problem for me for many years. This shampoo and conditioner has giving my hair a moisture boost without the weighing down feeling.

Thank you for sending me the samples to try and review! The shampoo urban moisture: nice smell not too strong, the consistency is good, washes the hair very well. The only problem that it didn’t detangle my hair. Conditioner: very good and detangles the hair. The Balm: detangles the hair very nice smell, easy to apply. Overall very good hair care products, reduce frizziness, I didn’t need a blow dry after washing , leaves the hair soft and straight. Very happy with the results.

Alright
The Universal balm feels amazingly smooth and buttery and when I applied on my semidry hair it felt like it would really lock the moisture in and give me really smooth hair ( I have very frizzy hair)but it didn't really do all that . Now the other thing or shall I say the main thing that let me down by this product was the smell, like I was finding it hard to stand it, so had to top it up with hair serum. But overall it's alright but not very great.
