Dual-ended, this tool combines both a spoolie and ultra-fine brow pencil to bring you professional precision. Specially formulated, the pencil is sweat, water and transfer-proof, keeping your eyebrows in their place for up to 12 hours. The fine tip lets you mimic hair with little strokes, making it easier than ever to master perfection.
Use short strokes to define the brow and fill in any sparse areas. Soften edges using the spoolie end.
