I had done a lot of reading on the benefits of silk pillow cases, but remained sceptical. I reserve final judgement to my hair dresser in a few weeks, but I have to say I am really impressed with the pillow! It’s lovely to sleep on, definitely has reduced hair breakage in the night and I’m certain I’ve seen an improvement in general health in the last two weeks since I started using it.
