Really wish I hadn't wasted my money. The first 4 settings are so subtle it doesn't even feel like it's on, and then the rest are so powerful it's uncomfortable, like a jackhammer. Feels like there's actually only 3 settings in total: nothing, too much, way too much. Also, it's so, so loud. Wouldn't go for this if you're trying to be discreet. Even when I tried it in the house alone, the noise actually put me off completely - it was all I could focus on! There are much better out there!
