Bottling up the Brazilian sunshine, Sol de Janeiro’s GlowMotions Glow Body Oil in Rio Sunset makes sun-kissed radiance an all-year-round obsession. The radiance-enhancing elixir dances across your body to highlight your best assets and add a light-catching champagne shimmer to the skin.
The oil features a skin-softening blend of capuacu butter to lock in moisture, antioxidant-rich acai oil to protect and nourish, and coconut oil to instantly soften and condition skin. Transporting you to sun-soaked Rio, the glow-giving body oil is infused with the brand’s iconic Cheirosa ’62 scent starring notes of pistachio, vanilla and salted caramel.
For the body, blend the oil all over. For the face, use the oil as a highlighter or mix it with foundation. Non-transfer tip: Apply to clean, dry skin. For best results, skip body moisturiser before you apply Sol de Janeiro GlowMotions Glow Body Oil.

I am a huge fan of this brand and I had been eyeing up this product for a while. With summer upon us (hopefully) I thought now was the time to buy! It has a light scent which I do enjoy and it does give a good shimmer. It does very much leave a coating on the skin which some people may find unpleasant. I am quite pale but this has little bronzing in it for me on my skin.

At first when I put it on I didn’t notice much difference however when I looked back at photos I can clearly see a lovely glow . I didn’t find it too shimmery/ glittery to use all over my body. it was very moisturising and smelt nice . I didn’t notice any transfer to my clothes and dresses quickly as I was in a rush. This would be a lovely addition for a nightly holiday routine . I’m not sure I would use it in the daytime .
