It also contains a number of vitamins and minerals, each with a number of benefits including vitamin c for energy-yielding metabolism and riboflavin for cell protection against oxidative stress. To reap the benefits of this product add 2 1/2 large scoops (70g) to 400-500ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker first thing in the morning.
