Pick a setting that suits your needs. Place the brush on the area of the teeth where it meets the gum. Start on the top right on the outside of the teeth, near the cheek and work your way around to the top left side. Repeat for the inside of the teeth (near the roof of your mouth). Brush the biting surfaces of your teeth. Repeat for the lower teeth. Brushing should take 2 mins.

Best Toothbrush I’ve ever owned
I have to say I’ve been seeing this toothbrush pop up on instagram feeds for years as I’m Irish and I majority regret waiting. This toothbrush is amazing! The 2 minute timer is an absolute game changer. I also adore the three settings as I have sensitive teeth and want to be able to work up to the higher ones over time! I’m already thinking of buying as gifts for my mum and sister! For reference I did use an oral B electronic toothbrush but my teeth feel so much cleaner with this!

Best electric toothbrush!!
I started using this toothbrush about 4 months ago and I absolutely love it! My teeth have never felt cleaner. It is so gentle too which suits me as I have very sensitive gums and teeth. The 2-minute auto-timer is my favourite feature - I have never seen this in any other toothbrush I have used before. Would highly recommend.

Feel so clean!
I've been using the sonic toothbrush for almost 9 months now. It has been an eye-opening experience for me as I feel like I now know what genuinely clean teeth feel like! It's so much better than manual brushing. The battery last for a really long time, I've only charged it maybe 3-4 times in 9 months! Would highly recommend!!!

2 Minute Game changer!
I never realised I hadn't been brushing my teeth properly until the Sonic! The 2 minute timer is ideal to make sure I am giving my teeth a good clean. I can never change toothbrush again especially with the 3 clean settings on this and there is no need to carry a charger on trips away. A total game changer for me. Love it!
