Twist base of pen twenty times or until gel has be sufficiently dispensed onto the brush. Using the brush, paint your teeth with the whitening agent. Leave in place for five minutes. After five minutes rinse gel away with water. Use daily to maintain whitening effects.

Not quite sure
So I've used this a few times. I find products that ask you to leave on teeth for a few minutes bit tricky any way as that is harder than it sounds without being a dribbly wreck. I think it might make my teeth a little whiter but nothing dramatically different.

I bought this pen along with the strips as the strips need to be on for 1hr while this is a 5 minute fix. Personally I don't think I noticed much difference but I also didn't use it every day. Not entirely convinced it was worth the money yet.

I ordered this to try help my teeth with staining from crazy amounts of black coffee been a mum. I did see changes after the first use and was very pleased and if I had continued using I think the results would have been great. However made my teeth very sensitive and my gums sore so had to stop using. So wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive teeth but does work! Such a shame for me.
