The St. Tropez Ultra Dark Violet Bronzing Mousse Self Tan helps you to achieve your richest, deepest tan yet. Infused with purple pigments, the formula adorns the skin with a golden veil to create a long-lasting deep tan.
Developing fully within eight hours, the nourishing mousse applies a streak-free tan for a luxurious sun-kissed glow. The fake tan is enriched with violet pigments to neutralise yellow undertones to promote a natural-looking, olive-toned tan.
Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas such as hands, feet, ankles, and wrists before application for a flawless finish. For streak-free results, apply using a mitt to ensure no missed patches. Rinse off after eight hours for a deep, olive tan. For on-the-go, shower after one hour and a natural-looking tan will develop over 8 hours. Exfoliate and moisturise regularly to prolong your tan and for an even fade.

A nice tan, but not ULTRA dark
I've been a St Tropez fan for years and have tried many of their products. The scent of this one is definitely not classic self-tanny and is actually quite pleasant. I wouldn't however say that it's ULTRA dark - I left it on overnight and when I washed it off I was left with a nice glow, but certainly wouldn't class it as a dark tan. I've used other dark tans which leave behind a much darker tan after washing, but I would say that it's fool-proof, no streaks, no biscuity smell and no orange tint, definitely much more of an Olive tan

Perfect tan
Perfect tan for a light bronzed glow or a dark deep tan, I only used 1 layer and love a dark tan, 1 was enough but I’ll try out an extra layer to see how dark it goes, smells lovely, formula is a nice texture and blends well, definitely recommend

Great tan
Great product that gives a streak free tan. Easy to apply and gorgeous colour after only leaving it on for 1 hour. I am quite fair and this wasn’t orange at all

Great adjustable shade
Tyvm to Home Tester Club for gifting me this in return for my honest review. I love trying a lot of tans out to find what works best for me so was excited to give St Tropez Ultra Dark a try. I am VERY pale but in the past have found a couple ultra dark tans that work for me. I wanted to test how quickly this tan could work for me and my skin tone so I only left it on for the minimum time guided (1 hour) and then washed it off. It had instant colour guide which I liked as I knew which spots I’d then missed. It had a slight perfume smell and definitely not the usual biscuit tan smell which I liked. It dried very quickly (around 2/3 mins) and didn’t transfer onto my clothes. The texture was less of a mousse and more of a liquid but this meant it spread easily over my skin. One hour was enough to give my pale skin a very light tan. It looked natural, didn’t have an undertone and lasted days after, even after more showers! I will need to test it overnight to see if this is a repurchase.

Beautiful tan
Love this product. Felt really dark when first on but develops into a really nice and even tan when washed off, that lasts for at least 5 days. I moisturised every day during the 5 days and it kept it really nice.

Intense
Really good. left a great colour. I firstly tried by not leaving on for so long and the colour was subtle but enough. I tried the 2nd time by leaving on the full time. I was shocked at first but after a shower it was much better. the glove is amazing and applies well. would definitely use again

Gorgeous bronze glow
I was so excited to review this free product to test as I've always been a St Tropez fan and being naturally very fair I'm always looking for a fake tan that gives a lovely bronze yet sometimes struggle to without the orange tones. However, where this tan has the violet tones it does exactly what I want! It gives such a gorgeous, bronze glow with no orange. I did moisturise ankles, elbows, wrists etc to prevent any patches, which seemed to make it go on perfectly! It faded so nicely too over about a week before I had to scrub it off and Starr again. Would definitely recommend!

Self tan
One of the best fake tans I have used! The colour is amazing, leaves an olive glow with an even application. Usually when a self tan comes off it leaves you patchy, however this removes really well without the patchy stage. I would highly recommend.

At first I read it and I thought ‘oo that’s going to be so dark on me’ but when I read the instructions and applied it the day before I was going out I woke up looking and feeling amazing!

Amazing Olive Toned Tan!
I really love this fake tan, I often fake tan but this is the best I’ve used to date! The guide colour is quite daunting at first but once washed off it’s such a natural olive tone. It’s on the darker side but very natural.
