Best Azelaic
When I saw this had 15% Azelaic acid, I couldn't quite believe it - most products on the market seem to have just 10% (I know more isn't always better, but in this case it seems to be the sweet spot in terms of Az concentration according to some research I'd done). It doesn't pill either, much to my amazement (if you use just 3 pea-sized amounts on the face). Amazing formula and I DO notice less redness after using this regularly. Just ordered my second bottle and won't be without it!! The only thing I'd say as a negative is the formula is a little bit thicker so I don't understand why they decided to package it with a dropper rather than a pump, but... it's honestly a very minor issue and the product itself is very good.

I purchased my second bottle of this serum. I like it so much. I use it on my T zone every morning, and my hormonal acne is gone. The combo acid azelaic and zinc is perfect. I recommend if you have hormonal acne like me. This is replacing my paula’s choice az. Great value for money!

Didn't work for me
Ingredients and percentages look great on paper but somehow I failed to see any benefits in 3 months before finishing my bottle. My skin is prone to mild acne and has sun damage and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This serum sometimes helped to calm down an angry breakout a bit but only initially, without actually healing it. No visible difference in pigmentation. There are products I benefit from much faster than 3 months. It could be that the famous azaleic acid just does nothing for me, unfortunately. The serum peels a lot, too, so it's more for a nightly use.
