Shampoo the hair. Apply 2 – 3 pipettes, section by section directly on the scalp and massage directly with the thumb into the hair and scalp. Once evenly applied invigorate the scalp using the Energy Massage. This increases the blood flow and activates the ingredients to penetrate more effectively. Do not rinse out. At home use routine: Use 3 times weekly, in case of acute hair loss use daily. For optimal results use the Balance Shampoo to prepare scalp.

Excellent
Absolutely professional ! Usually I dont use serums on my hair , just because they make my hair more oily, greasy and heavy . But this one is absolutely different. Its really works so well on my hair , making it shiny , thicker and so smooth. I am using it 3 times a week , and already can see the results , which are really impressive. Moisturising
I was gifted this serum for testing purposes This serum is lovely and works really well alongside the shampoo. The pipette style is a great idea and really allowed me to control exactly how much serum to use as it had the measurement on it. I found it very easy to apply all over the scalp which really helped to moisturise it. I did initially think it would make my hair greasy but it didn’t. My scalp feels less dry as well the rest of my hair. I have also noticed I am getting less stray flyaway hairs which is fantastic and the overall texture of my hair feels healthier. Great product to use and highly recommended.

Loved it
I received this product as a gift and I love it! I’ve been using it after my showers and I really enjoyed adding it to my haircare routine. I have noticed a difference since using it! My hair feels thicker and my scalp feels cleaner and far less itchy! I also love the packaging of the product and love that it comes with a Pipette with the measurements to use. I highly recommend❤️

Super serum
I received this product from the brand for my honest opinion. Firstly I really love the applicator, it’s so easy to use and has a volume guide to indicate 25ml which is great. The product is so easy to apply, it’s moisturising without feeling greasy, it’s lightweight. Smells amazing - as do most of their products! Seems to be doing the job!

Balance Serum
I haven’t used a product like this one before and I am pleased with how much I like this product. The application of this product is so easy. I was worried it would leave my hair greasy and feeling heavy but it didn’t at all. My roots were literally shining and my scalp felt lovely and clean. Will be using this until it’s gone along with the balancing shampoo!

Scalp feels so soothed!
I have so much hair that falls out and is generally becoming weaker from the roots. This balance energy serum has been an absolute godsend. It's so easy to apply with the dropper. I love the cooling effect I get on my scalp when applying. It really soothes my scalp. A little goes a long way, really don't need to use too much. After I've applied I gently massage my scalp for a few minutes. I have noticed the difference already! An extremely soothed scalp and less hair falling out. Can only see my hair becoming stronger by the day!

Amazing stuff
I am absolutely in love with system professional balance energy serum, my hair are very dry and the serum worked a rrear by leaving my hair feeling healthy, silky soft and shinh, i am really happy with the serum as i also noticed a visible improvement with frizziness and fly away hair, it has a beautiful scent and luxurious texture

I love this serum so much . My hair feels so much stronger and after giving birth I was losing so much hair . The serum combined with the shampoo is helping so much and the smell is just so amazing. I recommend it 100%

Great Product
Feels great on my hair. My hair felt so much thicker and not as fly away. The formula of the serum is effective at making my hair feel energised and the oils don’t make it feel greasy which I was abit unsure on. Perfect!
