Shampoo the hair. Apply 2 – 3 pipettes, section by section directly on the scalp and massage directly with the thumb into the hair and scalp. Once evenly applied invigorate the scalp using the Energy Massage. This increases the blood flow and activates the ingredients to penetrate more effectively. Do not rinse out. At home use routine: Use 3 times weekly, in case of acute hair loss use daily. For optimal results use the Balance Shampoo to prepare scalp.

Love this scalp serum, doesnt leave buildup on scalp. Use after washing before drying. Sufferer from alopecia and shedding and feel this product provides anchorage to hair follicles and less hair shedding.

Lovely serum
It's gifted in exchange of honest review. I like the bottle & glass pipette. It has very light scent. It's very easy to apply on hair with help of pipette. I like the fact serum has watery consistency instead of oily. It's easily absorb into scalp leaves it fresh. I'm using for about a week, at the moment I can't tell it control hair fall but it improves the texture of hair. I hope it gonna work good in 2 3 months time.

Lightweight serum
I was gifted this serum for an honest review. This is my first time trying a product like this. It feels super nice on the scalp and dries really quickly, so it doesn’t leave your hair feeling greasy or with build up. It has a very light scent which I really enjoy!

Hairfall
This serum is so easy to apply. I love the packaging and the the pipette. The product itself smells really nice. I was concerned about it leaving my roots greasy, thankfully this wasn’t a problem. It’s requires a bit of massaging to help it absorb. I have noticed that it has helped reduce my hairfall very slightly. Slight changes in hair fall are common but I’m hoping that after regular use for 3-4 months, my hairfall would’ve reduced much more. Ok

I received the system professional balance energy serum from System professional in exchange for my honest review. My first impression was wow this looks amazing and the serum smells gorgeous. The bottle and pipette are both glass and look and feel very luxurious. I love the pipette applicator. It makes it really easy to apply the serum. I like the consistency of the serum and love the fact that it didn't make my scalp and hair greasy .I have dry sensitive scalp and this serum is very gentle to my skin and hair .I've been using the serum 4 times already. I apply the serum to my scalp with the pipette and masage it into the skin gently. I can definitely see improvement in the condition of my hair . It definitely looks thicker,feels stronger and got more volume. I really like this serum and would recommend it.

I was gifted this Serum in return of my honest opinion. I was really happy to try the Balance Energy Serum. After reading positive reviews of how it helped people with hair loss I was really excited. My hair sheds a lot and is quite disheartening at times - I tried this serum twice and have noticed that hair loss has been reduced. It’s a serum with a dropper which gives the perfect amount of product and no wastage. I applied the serum directly to my scalp after washing it with the Balance Energy Shampoo and massaged it into my scalp. I really concentrated on the areas behind my ears and temples as that’s where it’s quite visible that hair has fallen out. I’m hoping that my hair quality improves after continuous use of the serum but I would say its looking promising!

Not for me
I was really excited to try this one since I loved the shampoo, but I was a bit disappointed by the amount of alcohol in this one (it’s the first ingredient). It actually irritated my scalp and left me feeling itchy. It did feel cooling going on due to the menthol but this is definitely not seb derm safe and I didn’t notice any difference with hair density and hair fall. I received this complimentary from the brand but my opinion is my own and sadly I didn’t get on with this one, but it might just not be good for my kind of scalp (seb derm w/ androgenic alopecia).

Good experience
Gifted in exchange for a review* The product comes with a dropper so it’s easy to apply straight to the hair , the solution has a very runny consistency so sometimes it can drop without squeezing the pipette You get so much solution which is a great thing , once applied to my hair it provides a cooling effect on my scalp, I have not reacted negatively to the product as of yet which is great, I do go in to rub and massage it in my scalp and use about 2-3 drops section by section as recommended, I have used it both on wet hair and also on dry hair and it does not make my hair look greasy either way which is a bonus. With these types of products you won’t see results straight away so I’m hoping with continued use my hair starts to fill in where I have gaps
