I have used this for nearly 12 years. I suffer from blepharitis and am always aware of my eyes especially in the winter with extremes of hot and cold. I apply it morning and night even when I don’t use eye makeup. It is cooling and as well as gently cleaning, has improved the condition of my lashes so I no longer wake up with them on my cheeks.
