Not really for massage
I bought this to comb my hair through in the shower, rather than as a massager. The "bristles" are too needley for me to use on my scalp as I suffer from extra sensitive skin on my head and I have to be careful not to irritate it, these are almost painful. Hence a star knocked off because I can't use it as it is advertised. However, for my intended use, it's perfect! There are no holes in it, so it can be used in the bath/shower and not risk getting it water logged and going mouldy. I comb my hair through with this both before and after applying conditioner. It helps to get rid of a lot of already loose hair and also helps to give my straightened finish a sleeker look.

Great addition to my scalp care routine
So glad I bought this. It’s a great addition to my scalp care routine. I’m trying to help hair regrow after medical trauma and ICU meds. And I use this now for most washed with a deep clean shampoo and then for a scalp serum to massage it in to my scalp and to promote regrowth. Love it
