I love this brush my 8 year old has very long fine hair and it gets very tangled i can spend ages trying to get them out but this took less than five mins on her dry hair normally i would have to add more leave in conditioner to her dry hair to brush it but i didn't have to with this brush. The bristles are pretty hard compared to the wet brush though so if you have a sensitive scalp maybe go for the wet brush insted. I got both because it takes me a little longer using the wet brush on her dry hair and she doesn't seem to be botherd with the stiffer bristles
