Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum
I was a bit let down by this as I expected a hydrating, soothing serum but it made my skin feel tight almost instantly upon application and that feeling didn't disappear. Even a moisturiser only mildly minimised that feeling. It also hasn't made a difference to my skin one way or the other, so although it hasn't damaged my skin and didn't sting, it also didn't hydrate well or make my skin look/feel better either.

I love this brand, and thought I'd give this ago, as my skin has felt a little dry lately, so I wanted to add an extra hydrating step to my skin care routine. Although this is a great price point, the product just doesn't hydrate enough, and also I found it has a strange smell, that I can't quite put my finger on. If you have very well balanced skin and want something super light and cheap then this does the job, but I wouldn't recommend if you need proper hydrating. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing again.
