An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

Great cleanser, frustrating packaging!
I've been using this cleanser for over 6 years because it really works well for my skin — gentle, effective, and reliable. But why hasn't anyone at The INKEY List figured out how to improve the packaging? Once you're near the end, it's almost impossible to squeeze out the remaining product. The tube is way too tough, so a good amount just sits in there, wasted. I always end up cutting it open and scooping the rest out with my fingers or a spoon. It’s a great product, but the packaging definitely needs a rethink.

not worth the hype
I fell into the hype trap and got this product I've seen so many videos about and tbh I'm not too impressed. The product can be difficult to squeeze out and I'm not a fan of the lumpy texture. It does work nicely as a mask then taken off with a hot towel, but I'm not enjoying using it as a regular cleanser.

Fantastic makeup remover
This removes all makeup and SPF easily without drying out your skin. I use a normal cleanser afterwards to remove all residue but this stuff lasts a long time - a little goes a long way!

Great cleansing balm that does the job. However I find it doesn’t last very long, as the consistency is quite thick so I end up using more than I’d like to so that I can spread it evenly. When the bottle is close to finishing, it’s hard to get the remnants out due to thick consistency. Does work very well as a cleanser though.
