An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

Lovely cleanser
I only use this cleanser to "double cleanse" my face as I find it leaves my skin feeling a bit greasy if not washed off fully! I use this one first to help melt away my makeup and then follow up with a secondary cleanser and the combo leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean but not dried out! Only downside is that it's such a thick texture, I sometimes struggle to get the product out towards the end of the tube (nothing a pair of scissors and a small face cream spatula can't sort out!)

Fab product but terrible packaging
I got this after using the travel size on holiday. I had a few issues with it separating, but the product itself was so good that it wasn’t enough to put me off buying the full size… There's obviously a reason why this type of balm typically comes in pots. I literally can’t get the stuff out of the tube without shaking, squeezing or leaving it on a radiator to heat up for a bit before something dribbles out. I’m so disappointed! When it does come out it’s oily/grainy and quite messy. The product is lovely (I’ve since seen other reviewers suggesting decanting it into another brand’s used tub) but I’m not sure I can be bothered with the mess and faffing about to buy it again.
