An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

Great for dry skin and low priced
This is a staple for dry skin, actually nourishing and removes makeup well. It is meant to be applied to slightly dampened skin, which in my opinion helps it glide on skin, thus preventing too much pulling and tugging while massaging (usually I prefer cleansing oils over thick balms for that very reason, but I don’t have any such problem with this one). Plus it can double as a nourishing mask.

Does the job
This product is nice and works well, but I had hoped it would have an oaty scent and was a little disappointed when I didn't get that. I'm all about the smells so for me I would prefer something else in future. For anyone wondering, it doesn't have a scent at all so if that's your thing then this is your product!

This is a lovely thick cleanser that removes make up really well. However it does leave a greasy residue after washing off. This is probably because I have oily skin, so I feel this would suit dry skin better or used as an evening cleanser.
