I cannot fathom why this product has such good reviews! I was so excited to try it but it’s useless. Doesn’t cleanse my skin at all- it feels like there’s no product in the sponge and it left my skin with a disgusting film which caused a breakout on my chin (I am not prone to spots). The sponge doesn’t provide any friction or purchase on the skin either so I can’t even put a different product on it and use it to wash my face. I’m pretty cross this costs a tenner! Don’t waste your money.

Great cleansing sponge
You can obtain cheaper Konjac sponges (and I've done this) but they're smaller and bits start to drop off. You get what you pay for! I put some facial cleansing liquid on the wet sponge and rub it gently over my face. It removes make-up and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean and ready to moisturise. I then rinse the sponge and leave it hanging on the string provided until I use it again. Not sure the clay version is radically different from the ordinary version but I got it because my skin tends towards dry. There is no noticeable residue of the clay on your skin after use so don't worry about the red colour! I have used these sponges for some time now and think they're practical, easy to use, and the fact I can put them on my compost heap when they reach their end is a real bonus!

I was curious to try these sponges and at the price I was happy to give it a go. Pleased I did! Lovely super soft texture to the sponge which feels fabulous on my face and feel it leaves my skin feeling super super clean and soft. At night I prefer to cleanse my make up off first, particularly around my eyes using cleanser and a cotton pad and then use my Konjac as a further final clean with a bit more cleanser or even just warm water if I've removed all my make up first. In the morning, I just use it without anything whilst in the shower. Great purchase,very pleased!
