Transform your complexion with The Ordinary 100% L-Ascorbic Acid Powder, a very fine antioxidant powder that helps to brighten the appearance of skin while addressing signs of ageing.
The fine 325 mesh powder formula ensures skin receives the most direct exposure of Vitamin C, a powerful ingredient that visibly targets uneven skin tone, dullness and ageing. Formulated to be mixed with other treatments (except those containing Niacinamide or EUK 134), the L-Ascorbic Acid powder will promote a radiant, more uniform and healthy-looking complexion. A tingling (but non-irritating) sensation is expected during the first 1-2 weeks of use.
Free from water, alcohol, oil, silicones, nuts and gluten.
Not tested on animals. Cruelty free and vegan.
Mix a small amount with other treatments in the palm of your hand and apply to face in the AM or the PM. A tingling sensation can be expected after application. Do not mix with formulations containing Niacinamide or EUK 134.

I intially liked the idea for this product, but it is not so easy to use
I thought that it is nice to have vitamin C for skin as a powder. It felt as very nice idea to use it and mix it and amend the quantity you need. However it is not as amazing as it sounds. The powder is very fine, it goes everywhere and it is bad if your hands are a little wet or oily from other products. It has a result, but probably I will go for a different formula the next time.

Wont buy again
I have mixed feelings about it. While I did see my skin immediately turn white after application, it felt like a fake white and not a natural glow. Additionally, the powder itself was quite rough and even caused a cut on my skin during one application. While I appreciate the high concentration of Vitamin C in this product, the negative aspects outweighed the positives for me. I would recommend doing a patch test before using and being very cautious with the powder's rough texture. Overall, I give this product a 3-star rating.

As vitamin C is hard to store and get to last a long time, this powder is great for that reason. It’s a little more messy than just using a serum but for me this lasts longer, and I add it with this same brand’s hyaluronic acid, rub it inbetween my hands and apply it to my face and neck before sunscreen.
