The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% is a lightweight cream-gel system that helps to visibly smooth and brighten the complexion. Suitable for all skin types, the multi-functional formula also acts an antioxidant, seeking to protect the skin from dulling environmental aggressors and urban pollutants.
The cream is infused with a 10% concentration of high-purity azelaic acid, which works to gently exfoliate the skin. Boasting non-comedogenic properties, the formula promotes a radiant finish.
Apply to face AM and/or PM to improve visible brightness and the appearance of skin texture. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Use sun protection during the day. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Keep out of reach of children.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and haven't had any overall reduction in redness, which is what it was recommended for - I have noticed that I can't use this as frequently as the packaging directs or it starts to cause sensitivity, a bit of stinging and ironically more redness. However I have found that my skin texture is a lot smoother, and oiliness has also been less of an issue for me than usual.

Helps with bumps and smooths skin
I don’t get spots but what I do get in the summer is a bumpy forehead from using heavy sun cream under makeup. When these appear I have found that if I use this two nights in a row they will completely disappear. I’ve been using this product on and off for awhile but only just realised this was the case. I find this product is better than others I’ve tried at creating smooth skin. I can only use it 2-3 times a week otherwise it causes a bit of irritation and am selective about where I put it and as long as I do that it works wonders. I really notice the difference when I run out and go a period of time without it. So this is a product I’ve found I keep coming back to and wanted to share incase someone else finds this useful.
