Counteract dark circles and puffiness with the 5% Caffeine Solution + EGCG from The Ordinary. Delivering a highly concentrated dosage of Caffeine and Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside (EGCG) derived from Green Tea Leaves, the lightweight serum rapidly absorbs into the delicate eye contour to help reduce the appearance of discolouration and alleviate symptoms of fatigue and stress. Skin feels refreshed and lifted with enhanced hydration and a more even tone.

If applied before bed, upon waking up dark circles are reduced dramatically upon first use. I don't have puffiness so I can't vouch if it works for that. The only downside is it's easy to over apply and wake up with small white residue in the corners of your eyes. I much prefer the the ordinary vitamin C serum for the eye area if you need to brighten dark circles
