Perfect the complexion with The Ordinary Coverage Foundation with SPF 15 by The Ordinary Colours; a full-coverage foundation that arrives in a comprehensive shade range. With added SPF15, the foundation offers essential protection as well as coverage, which is ideal for daily use.
Enriched with a higher level of pigment to the serum foundation, the coverage formula boasts a rich, saturated effect, yet remains lightweight. Utilising treated pigments suspended in The Ordinary’s proprietary spreadability system, the foundation guarantees a natural looking, long-lasting finish that resists collecting in fine lines and appearing cakey. The foundation offers a coveted, full-coverage effect with semi-matte results, leaving the complexion flawless all day.
The makeup is available in 21 different shades, which are divided up into 3 categories. 1 is designed for fair to lighter skin tones, 2 for medium tones and 3 for dark. Each category is classified further by a second digit ranging from 1 to 3, to indicate its depth within a category. Finally, the letter at the end of the shade indicates its undertone; P for pink, R for red, N for neutral and Y for yellow.
A small number of shades boast an additional letter, S for silver highlights and G for gold. These foundations are infused with fine dispersions of metallic effect pigments, which add a luminous radiance to the complexion.

Shake before use. Dispense a small amount into the palm or the back of your hand. Smooth on and blend throughout the face, ideally outward from the midpoint of the face.

Trying to get back into makeup So i figured i should buy this foundation It's light weight and super pigmented Definitely not matte Does not Settle into your fine lines or creases at all! Also you probably have to buy two shades to find yours I bought 3.2n and it makes me a tad bit red But overall An amazing foundation esp for the price point

Really love how light weight this foundation is & a little goes a long was as the formula is quite thin. I did however find that the coverage is far from full & it's slightly on the orange side. I found using a damp beauty blender helped blend out the colour some & i got a reasonable result with a nice semi-matte finish. I didnt find it particularly buildable so if you want a solid full cover foundation, i wouldn't opt for this.. But if your happy to work at it a little & want a lightwieght foundation with a natural glowy finish & the added benefit of some spf then this for the price is a good buy.

Not full coverage at all!
Bought this foundation as it boasted 'high coverage', this is not the case at all! I've tried many, many foundations from high end to high street and this is one of the worse 'full coverage' foundations I have used. Very watery consistency and just moves around your face rather than providing any actual coverage. Applied a powder over the top to see if that helped but that made it worse! Highlighted every pore, wrinkle and imperfection on my face! If you want a very light, almost invisible foundation then this is for you....not full coverage at all!

I brought this as I wanted a high coverage foundation that didn’t cost too much. I have ysl all hours which isn’t cheap. And I actually prefer this one, it stays on long enough and covers most of my acne scars and blemishes. Will defiantly buy again

The coverage is really good, and the formula feels silky and smooth, and blends easily. But even the slightest hint of dry skin (even with a layer of moisturiser and a layer of primer) causes the formulation to look cakey and uneven. It also oxidises throughout the day, leaving me looking darker/more orange than when I left the house. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy again, unfortunately!

Good for the price BUT...
I have very pale combination skin - my skin is mostly very dry with some oily patches under my eyes and my chin. I moisturised well before applying this foundation and set my eyes with my normal under eye powder. The review - the foundation holds up quite well and had a nice matte but not cakey finish and held up well with quite good coverage with only 2/3 pumps for my face. HOWEVER, just a warning that the foundation shifted under my eyes and on my chin to settle in my creases - so I would not recommend to those with oily skin as I think it might shift, but if you wish to try it I suggest using a very good setting powder all over the face. For those with dry skin like myself I think that it’s a must to moisturise properly before use. All in all: Really good foundation overall for the price, but you will have to work with it a little. I bought the lightest shade for my pale skin and it was a nice match. I do reccomend this foundation but only to those willing to work with it.

I bought this after seeing the reviews but I'm so disappointed. I bought the light-medium as light is normally to pale for me but this is so dark and gave me an orange face. It's far to thin and watery. I normally love the ordinary products but this was a let down. It's not full coverage more like a tint.
