Perfect the complexion with The Ordinary Coverage Foundation with SPF 15 by The Ordinary Colours; a full-coverage foundation that arrives in a comprehensive shade range. With added SPF15, the foundation offers essential protection as well as coverage, which is ideal for daily use.
Enriched with a higher level of pigment to the serum foundation, the coverage formula boasts a rich, saturated effect, yet remains lightweight. Utilising treated pigments suspended in The Ordinary’s proprietary spreadability system, the foundation guarantees a natural looking, long-lasting finish that resists collecting in fine lines and appearing cakey. The foundation offers a coveted, full-coverage effect with semi-matte results, leaving the complexion flawless all day.
The makeup is available in 21 different shades, which are divided up into 3 categories. 1 is designed for fair to lighter skin tones, 2 for medium tones and 3 for dark. Each category is classified further by a second digit ranging from 1 to 3, to indicate its depth within a category. Finally, the letter at the end of the shade indicates its undertone; P for pink, R for red, N for neutral and Y for yellow.
A small number of shades boast an additional letter, S for silver highlights and G for gold. These foundations are infused with fine dispersions of metallic effect pigments, which add a luminous radiance to the complexion.

Not high coverage
Purchased this 2.0P and a lighter colour, as I wasn't sure on which one to buy. Strangly, this isn't as runny, (after shaking), as the lighter, 1.1P. Better colour for my pale completion and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. Definitely not high coverage though.

Too runny and definitely not high coverage
Read great reviews on this foundation so I thought I'd try it out. It has a very runny consistency, even after shaking the bottle. I wasn't sure what colour to purchase so I bought two shades. This was abit too light for my complexion. 1.1P. It's definitely NOT high coverage at all! I would say a light coverage only. I have an extremely uneven skin tone and dark circles. This didn't cover these issues at all. The only positive is, it didn't irritate my skin. I'm prone to perioral dermatitis, eczema, dry flaky patches and major flare ups.

Baby face
I bought this to a friend and she loved it. It covered her acne and gave her a sort of baby face look. She really appreciated and became a fan.

Fab value!
Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the coverage is with this foundation, and for the price you can't go wrong.

Full coverage
Full coverage perfect for photos and in summer when I get my more oily skin with my combination skin as this foundation is quite matte so wouldn't recommend for dry skin but it's a lovely finish and hides all blemishes but I recommend using a finishing powder over the top

Great foundation, didn't quite have my shade so had to get 2 and mix. Definitely a day foundation, don't think it would last on a night out very well but I was looking for a lighter full coverage so it was perfect.

good however prefer the lighter serum
i’ve used both ordinary foundations and while the shade range is amazing on both i personally prefer the lighter serum foundation. I have to say this product does have a slightly thicker consistency and of course better coverage and doesn’t make my skin as oily as the serum foundation. would wear this one over serum in winter i think :)
