Irritated Skin
This product makes my skin itch and break out like crazy. I love some of the Ordinary's other products, but if you have sensitive skin this may not be the one for you. Because of all the fantastic reviews, I kept using it for far too long thinking that since it seems to work for everyone, it must just be my skin adjusting. However, upon further research, I found out that I was not the only one whose skin reacted really badly to this product. I highly recommend that if you do buy it you patch test if, and if you notice any itching/burning or tons of tiny red bumps and whiteheads in places you've not had acne before, do not repeat my mistake and instead stop using the product immediately. Evidently, this product works for some people, but I just wanted to offer another perspective.

It does work
I have been using this for about a week and i feel it has hydrated my skin a lot. I have combination acne prone skin so it is very hard for me to find a product that fits well for my skin type. This is very dewy and does not clog your pores at all. I have noticed that it has slightly removed my dark spots and acne scars and I've only used it for a week. I recommend using a toner/cleanser before using the product to get quicker results.

I can't actually believe how well this has worled honestly! So I used a few other products on my skin a while ago, one with Retinol and also salisylic acid. I had what I thought was just 'purging' with loads of breakouts. I'm 30 and hadn't had breakouts like this since my teenage years! It was awful. I really wanted to try this product after seeing so many positive comments, but after I finally bought it and try on my skin I was not satisfied. I have oily skin acne prone and after using this one my skin was literally burning and next day I had painful break outs :( Would not recommend for sensitive skin :(

Such a lightweight formula that spreads easily with very little. Makes my skin texture very smooth and quickly reduced discolouration. Obviously takes a few days to notice the difference as with any new skincare but use twice a day after cleansing before moisturiser and it works a treat

Staple in my routine
Love this product, I am currently on my 4th bottle. It is a lightweight serum that sinks in quickly and leaves skin matte and smooth. I have noticed a reduction in oil production and spots whilst using it. Also helps fade scars left behind by acne. Doesn’t work instantly but if you regularly use it you will notice a difference. Yet again another great product from the ordinary!
