A necessity for city dwellers and sun worshippers, the Resveratrol Serum 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% from The Ordinary is a water-free, high potency antioxidant serum that effectively shields the skin from harmful environmental aggressors that oxidise on the skin, causing lasting damage.
Combining very high concentrations of two of the most potent antioxidants Resveratrol and plant-based Ferulic Acid, the serum delivers anti-ageing benefits, smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helping the skin defend against harmful factors. As water can impair the stability of any antioxidant, the formula does not contain any water, sillicones, oils or alcohols.
Free from oil, water, alcohol, silicone, nut, gluten and soy.
Vegan. Cruelty-free.
Apply alone or after water-based serums, before oils or heavier creams. Alternatively, mix with other treatments to enhance their antioxidant capacity significantly.

Bought this as a soothing treatment to counteract the changing season and my inflamed angry skin. It’s different to what I expected - feels slightly oily although no oil is added to the formulation. I applied it after my hylauronic acid and collagen peptide serums (which are watery texture)…a little goes a long way! it felt so moisturising and calming. I was able to skip moisturiser and just applied spf before makeup. So far so good.
