This gentle cleanser works to effectively remove makeup without drying out the skin. The Squalane Cleanser from The Ordinary is gentle enough for daily use unlike other makeup removers, as this effective emollient hydrates the skin and helps to protect the natural moisture barrier to prevent drying and tightness. The balm-like formula warms to a clear cleansing oil texture to provide a thorough cleanse, helping to remove makeup, oil and impurities.

Rub the cleanser in your palms to warm it until it melts into an oil. Massage into dry skin, then rinse with warm water.

Amazing cleanser
This is my favourite and best cleanser I have found for my skin. I can always notice a big difference when using it. You only need a small amount and it leaves the skin feeling super smooth. Can be hard to get hold of though.

This is an amazing cleanser! I use it as my first cleanse to remove my make up, then removing with a damp flannel, and next I follow with a hydrating face wash as my second cleanse. This cleanser removes make up without stripping my skin. It’s hydrating and doesn’t irritate my acne-prone skin. Amazing results and great price point too!

Great product- repurchased and notice the difference when I run out
I'm not a huge fan of most of The Ordinary's products, when used in combination I generally find they make my skin worse, however I still occasionally use their glycolic toner and the squalane cleanser has become a staple for my skin. I prefer it over Lush's similar skin cleansing product which breaks me out. This product soothes my sensitive skin as soon as it's applied, I enjoy using it and my skin feels moisturised but not oily afterwards. A good product for sensitive, combination skin that's prone to breakouts.
