This gentle cleanser works to effectively remove makeup without drying out the skin. The Squalane Cleanser from The Ordinary is gentle enough for daily use unlike other makeup removers, as this effective emollient hydrates the skin and helps to protect the natural moisture barrier to prevent drying and tightness. The balm-like formula warms to a clear cleansing oil texture to provide a thorough cleanse, helping to remove makeup, oil and impurities.

Rub the cleanser in your palms to warm it until it melts into an oil. Massage into dry skin, then rinse with warm water.

I've tried a lot of cleanses for my sensitive and acne prone skin. This one is an amazing but it's also not bad either. It's just very in the middle. There are definitely better cleanses but for the price point and if you can't find anything else I guess it's okay

This cleanser goes on as a cream but turns into oil when warmed up on the skin. it feels lightweight and removes all makeup. When washed off with water my face looks very glowy and soft afterwards
