Improve and brighten the look of your skin with The Ordinary's Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres, a water-free and silicone-free stable suspension of Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid.
Formulated with 23% of pure Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid, which remains completely stable due to the absence of water), the formula helps to reverse signs of ageing whilst boosting natural radiance. Its dose of dehydrated spheres of Hyaluronic Acid plump skin with moisture and promote smoother, younger-looking skin. Ideally applied at night-time.
Apply a small amount to face in the AM or the PM. A slight tingling sensation can be expected after application.

Didn't like it
It leaves nice silky film, which in theory would pass as a primer but after few moments stinges and irritates the eyes! The skin gets sweaty. Also the silicone in it clogged my pores. I wouldn't use it for a night as I want my skin to breathe.

Radiant morning
Vitamin C is really a special thing for me. My rosacea is really sensitive, but after some inflamed things I have some scars. When I apply this product on my face, I don't feel well because of its so itchy and annoying - but that's just for a few seconds. And the first morning after night use this product was great! Radiant skin, a little dry but not dehydrated. I love it.

Its working
I have only been using this for two weeks, but I can already notice that my skin is a little clearer. The cream feels quite gritty on the skin when you first apply it, but I put a cream over the top which helps it sink in. Also it's not great for wearing under make up, but The Ordinany suggest you use it PM anyway. For me it's worth having a gritty face for 5 minutes but clearer skin for most of the time.

Unusual feel

Stings but worth it
I've been using this for a few months now so I think it's fair to say I've got a good feel for the product. Firstly, it does sting. I've used a lot of acne fighting products which can be known to irritate skin but I was still shocked at how long it took me to get used to this lol However I found that as long as I don't use it with my retinol treatment at night (which made me want to scratch my face off lol) then it's bearable. You can also mix it with your moisturizer to reduce the irritation. Secondly, I've never been one to fall in to the hype but wow does this stuff actually work. My acne scars faded to the extent that I could get away with just a BB cream instead of full coverage foundation. Also reduced hyperpigmentation around mouth, which as a brown girl is huge for me! I really am impressed with this and will be repurchasing when my bottle finishes. Which is another point: a small amount goes a long way! No need to slather it on and you still get great results. Looking forward to trying other products from the ordinary now.
