I would say it’s a nice scent but not the best. I feel like the Vetivert ruins it a bit. A bit pricey. I haven’t tested it out though yet.

This really helps set the mood for sleep. Bought it as a gift for my partner who has chronic fatigue and really struggles with deep sleep. In all honesty I can’t say whether it’s improved the quality of sleep but it helps as part of good sleep hygiene and the process of relaxing and winding down to help drift off. I really like the scent and as an act of self care I think it’s worthwhile (especially on offer!). My partner likes it too and uses it every night.

Favourite pillow mist
Have tried many mists over years but I always come back to this. Scent doesn’t linger as long as it did before but it’s still relaxing. I put it on my pj top too and it lasts better with heat from body.
