This is the best pillow spray out there. I’ve tried other cheaper products but worth paying the extra for this one. Lovely smell and lasts for longer.

I purchased this for my 15 year old daughter, she has severe anxiety. The spray has really helped her to relax more when getting settled in to bed. She doesn't get to sleep any quicker/earlier but she does have a better quality sleep. The scent is lovely, quite strong, so only a couple of sprays are needed.
