My favourite pillow spray
I've tried a few different pillow sprays - NEOM, Sanctuary Spa - but ThisWorks will always be my favourite! The scent is so relaxing and always ensures a great night's sleep

If nothing else the smell is lovely.
I don't use this every night, but when i remember i enjoy falling asleep to this gorgeous smell. I think it definitely helps calm and prepare me for bed. I don't know how well it continues to help me sleep throughout the night. Either way, I love using this!
