Refreshed nights sleep!
I have trouble sleeping before midnight so needed something to send me off as I need to wake up early for work. I was wide awake as usual, sprayed this but within 5 minutes I drifted off. Havent slept this well in years and using every night! Fantastic.

I have used this only a couple of times since the purchase and it definitely helps me to fall asleep quicker. The smell is amazing and calming. I haven’t noticed if it keeps me asleep through the night as of yet but i am hoping the more i use it the better it will get.

My favourite smell
This smell of lavender is so unique and so real smelling. Like it doesn't smell fake like when you smell a lavender candle. That's what puts me off buying cheaper lavender pillow sprays. Unsure if it helps me sleep but it does help me relax especially sprayed on fresh bedding it's my favourite! Just think it's a shame about the price like I could live without it it's just a nice treat so I try save it for my weekly bedding change cos it's so expensive.

I was a tiny bit disappointed about this. First I thought it’s a bit more than lavender and camomile oil. But it’s my fault, I could’ve done more research. Secondly I kind of thought it has a glass bottle, but again not a big problem. My major concern is that I’m asthmatic and I think it’s kind of triggering my asthma. I tried leaving some time between the application and actually laying on my pillow but still :( so so sad. Also it has kind of a sour smell when sprayed on the pillow at first. I really wanted this to work but I don’t think it’s for me.

I used this last night for the first time EVER, I was defiantly not disappointed. It is not too over powering, and is a beautiful blend, I found myself driving straight off to sleep, I had paired it with the shower gel and body oil from the same range and was the most relaxed i had been in a long time, While its a little more pricey don't that put you off, a little goes a long way a couple of spays was all that was needed.
