I have had problems sleeping for years and have tried everything from sleeping tablets to relaxation apps. I have a super busy mind that just doesn't want to switch off at times so when I initially had a sample of this to try I was very sceptical! After spraying it on my pillow I lay down and breathed deeply and fell asleep within minutes.
