I definitely fall asleep quicker after using this. I can’t say I’m a big fan of lavender but I’ve either grown to it or I’m just used to it now as it doesn’t bother me. A few sprays on my pillow and I can feel myself relax almost instantly. I just need one now to keep me asleep

Does what it says on the tin…
It works… the whole family use it now and I like that they have changed to a glass bottle and are protecting our little planet. I use this every night when reading my son a bedtime story and he gets off to sleep really well. I love this scent and I have noticed changes in my sleep - I sleep more peacfully and so not get up as much as before. This scent is very calming and soothing, amazing before sleep. I did not think I would like it as much, but I cannot go to sleep not using this before. Reccomend :)
