Great staying power, but very drying!
This foundation gives really good coverage, it lasts all day (after 8+ hrs wear when I would normally be a shiny mess, I had only a very slight "glow"), and it does look quite natural once it's settled into your skin well. That being said, there are a few things I personally don't love about this product, and it definitely isn't an everyday "your skin but better" type foundation its marketed as - it is thick, full coverage, won't budge makeup. Firstly, although it does look flawless and natural eventually, it takes a lot of blending in my opinion and its not the easiest to blend. I have tried various brushes, sponges etc and no method I've tried seems to make this any easier. Initially when first applied, it looks slightly cakey and disappointing, even despite all the blending in the world. This does seem to improve after a little time though and it does look pretty flawless once it does. I also found that it felt incredibly drying and heavy when first applied so if recommend using a good moisturiser beforehand (and I have naturally oily skin, so this is DEFINITELY not for drier skin!). Overall I'd say this is great for events such as weddings and parties etc, where you want your makeup to stay in place all day, and look flawless for photos (just make sure to apply a little ahead of time!). 100% would not recommend for daily wear though.

Enhances a lot of skin texture
I bought this foundation based on good reviews from the original born this way. I have oily/combination skin so was excited when the matte version was released. This foundation does last well however when applied I don’t use a lot of product as I like a medium, buildable/natural coverage but I found the foundation to be a bit on the heavy Cakey side. My go to favourite foundation is the Armani luminous silk and feels lightweight and doesn’t accentuate my enlarged pores like this one did. It just seemed too thick and doesn’t sit as nicely on my skin as what I was hoping it would.

I LOVE this foundation, it’s my first time buying this specific one and I’m in love. I have very oily skin and all foundations go extremely oil after a few hours. However, with this foundation my face didn’t shine all day. It also feels super light on your face and has a very natural look. If you buy the correct skin tone. If you have oily skin, will strongly recommend.

Effortless and beautiful
I bought this foundation a couple weeks ago and have been using it every day since. I normally use double wear (mostly 2n1 and 2n2 when I have a little tan on) and this foundation (ín porcelain) has produced very similar results to that in terms of results and wear time. I absolutely love the finish and colour of this on my skin and it's so easy to apply no matter how you do it, it looks always nice and stays nice throughout the whole day.

This foundation is ok, I wouldn't say it is the best for oily skin. Colour can be quite difficult to match, I am medium skin with cool to neutral undertone and this range pulls quite yellow. I bought light beige but still find I need to mix with undertone adjuster or another foundation to get the colour to blend well. It's not the longest lasting and can get quite oily in the centre of my face, it doesn't emphasis nor smooth over pores. It's a nice consistently foundation with good pigment. If I had normal skin without visible pores I would probably love this. Would I personally buy it again for my skin type?...it would have to be a no.
