Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator. Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone. Allow for Shadow Insurance Primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.
Tip: To help eliminate smudging on the lower lash line apply a small amount of Shadow Insurance Primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush. Follow with eye shadow, eye liners, and mascara, if desired.

This is simply the best eye base out there, eyeshadow stays put and looking fresh until removed. This is part of my daily makeup. My only moan is I preferred it in the tube, now it's a daft dip stick, similar to nars and urban decay primers. Bring back the tube and 5* all the way
