- Application: Dip your Velvet Powder Puff into your Velvet Setting Powder. Before applying, pat the puff on the back of your hand to remove any excess powder. Gently press the powder into the skin with patting motions. Focus on the undereye area, the t-zone and chin to minimise visible shine.

I had never used a setting powder before because my skin is very dry in some places but thought it would help with foundation and concealer creasing on my now mature skin. It does! My undereye eye area looks so much better and I also like to use it to mattify the T zone.

Enjoying this. I do find it brightening on my increasingly dark under eyes. Also, if applied sparingly I don't find that it settles into lines and i can use it all over the face without it looking strange. Very pleased to add to my routine.
