This is the one for me!
I've tried many many toners from different continents for almost 35 years now (I'm in my late 40's). And this is the one for me. I do not use cotton pads unless I particularly feel the need as it's far more important not to rub the facial skin (it's as thin as a tissue paper, you know!), but instead I warm some in between my palms and gently put my hands on and wrap my face, followed by gentle pressing/patting will do. It takes longer than using cotton pads, but this great toner will sink in and moisturise AND act as a great conductor to following treatments (serum/cream etc). By the way, I apply the toner 3 times before serum etc. and it is really worth the time and effort.

A must have for sensitive skin
I always have questions about toner when it comes to my skincare routine. I have extremely dry skin so my concern would always be that instead of helping me with my pores what if the toner would make my skin more dry. But Vichy pure thermale is something else, it’s so soothing yet hydrating. My skin feels so soft. I am on second bottle and I would definitely buy again.

Good toner
Despite not the best ingredient list this toner is really effective. It smells fresh, it does not irritate my sensitive skin and it removes the excess oil and dirt from my Tzone better than other toners ever did. After I double cleanse and swipe the toner, most show no trace of residue but Vichy always shows a tiny black particles that was possible for it to remove! To me it seems like it is able to remove some build up underneath or just really have good capabilities to deep clean your nose and blackheads area. I would buy again and recommend. It is not cheap but it is hard working.

Not great if your issue is redness!
I bought this along with the gel cleanser. It has a lovely clean smell and dries quickly. The only downside is it doesn't help with the appearance of redness on the face. My face looks bright and fresh after I've washed it but as soon as I apply this toner it makes any blemishes and the redness in my cheeks show up! It also feels itchy for a few minutes afterwards, so annoying when you're trying not to touch your face after washing it!
