Derived from fish skin, hydrolysed marine collagen enriches the supplements to deliver an advanced source of natural collagen. The flavourless supplement drinks can be mixed into any drink or food without a trace.
- Mix the sachets with any drink. One sachet equals one serving. For those aged 25-35, take one serving per day. For those aged 36-45, take two servings per day. For age 45+, take three servings per day.

Does not dissolve well in water but have brought before and dissolving was better. Could be sub standard batch. Anyways overall good.

Really easy to take and has no taste. Can just mix into water. I think my skin looks more radiant. Need to use for at least 2 to 3 months to see change. Not made my nails any stronger but I only take 1 sachet a day. Since taking my back pain has gone. I am sure it's down to the collagen.

Can’t see any change
After first month, can’t see any change. Will try second month and third month and update here. But so far, expensive and see any change on nails, hair or skin or joints. I had a little bit of hair loss, weak nails… first wrinkles. Can’t see any change at all.
