Derived from fish skin, hydrolysed marine collagen enriches the supplements to deliver an advanced source of natural collagen. The flavourless supplement drinks can be mixed into any drink or food without a trace.
- Mix the sachets with any drink. One sachet equals one serving. For those aged 25-35, take one serving per day. For those aged 36-45, take two servings per day. For age 45+, take three servings per day.

When I say great taste, these actually taste of nothing. I have found some collagen powders to be pretty foul tasting, but this one can easily be mixed in water with a little cordial amd doesn't make me gag.
